Event Security & Stewarding

Your dedicated in-house Event Manager can provide you with a security package that will meet the specific requirements for your exhibition. Our team will assist through the planning stages and will be there on the floor helping to deliver your exhibition’s specific requirements and assisting you with SIA legislation.

Event Security can provide services for any event at The NEC. Our specialist teams work with you, drawing on experience from thousands of events, with detailed knowledge of the venue, to provide with the level of security your event requires. This can include ticket checking, searching where appropriate, access control, seating, stewarding or visitor management.

Visitor Management

Smooth arrival at an event doesn't just happen; it has to be managed, particularly where there are large numbers of visitors attending. Our dedicated visitor management team can be deployed to ensure that visitors reach your event as quickly and safely as possible. We will work with you to provide a well co-ordinated and communicated plan from the arrival at a car park, through the ticketing and the arrival at your show.

Concert & Event Stewarding

Our large and friendly team of event stewards will help manage visitors to your event, ensuring safe and efficient movement of visitors. We ensure that all safety standards and legislation are met by our British Standard accredited team. We can help you manage arena and other events, either at our own venues or elsewhere. Our experience includes a wide range of prestige and high security events.
