The Ticket Factory

The Ticket Factory is a national ticketing agent based in Birmingham, selling tickets for events across the UK. We are also the official box office for The NEC, LG Arena and The NIA.

We have over 20 years experience, as we were previously the UK’s largest venue box office for The NEC Group. As a result we understand the customer journey and how the ticket purchase is just the start of the experience.

Tickets for hundreds of events at venues across the UK can be bought online at The Ticket Factory by telephone on 0844 338 8000 or by visiting the box office based at the LG Arena Forum. Opening times are Friday and Saturday 12noon to 5pm and 9am on LG Arena concert releases.

The Ticket Factory was developed on the results of extensive market research into customer ticket-buying habits. Efficiency, offering a personal touch, delivery options, including print-at-home, and transparency of booking fees and charges were rated most important in the ticket-buying process.

Bar-coded print-at-home e-tickets, validated and counted on entrance to a show, are available, as well as exhibitor pass scanning and a fully comprehensive door sales service for organisers to ensure a seamless ticketing service. Ticket delivery to the customer's mobile phone handset and automated ticketing kiosks will also soon be available around The NEC site.
