He’s one of the biggest rap stars of recent years and now Drake is set to bring some sunshine to the LG Arena as part of his ‘The Club Paradise Tour’ in April.

The grammy-nominated singer, who is signed to Lil Wayne’s label, has had hits with the likes of Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Jay Z. His first album ‘Thank Me Later’ has now gone platinum and his second album ‘Take Care’ went straight to the top of the Billboard Top 200 and is the third highest-selling debut of 2011.

Returning to his roots, The Club Paradise Tour will make stops at colleges throughout North America, before heading to Europe and landing at the LG Arena on 19 April. Drake will bring special guest Kendrick Lamar, a rapidly rising young rapper who was crowned "New King of the West Coast" by hip hop icons Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, in addition to A$AP Rocky, a much-buzzed about rapper whose chopped and screwed rap style has garnered positive press from publications such as The Fader, New York Times and Stereogum.

New York Times are calling Drake “hip-hop’s current centre of gravity” so this is a show not-to-be-missed.
