The King of Rock & Roll’s forthcoming show at the LG Arena will be a celebration of what would have been Elvis’ 75th birthday. Elvis Presley in Concert sees the King perform a full two hour concert at the LG Arena on Saturday 20 February 2010.

Fans are in for an extraordinary treat as the show’s opening sequence will feature footage of Birmingham come to life and see the King arrive at Stage Door! The audience will then see a ‘live simulcast’ of Elvis Presley – LIVE in concert. This enhanced experience featuring additional screens on stage allows the audience to see alternate camera angles of Elvis performing. This exciting viewing experience will showcase footage of The King performing That’s The Way It Is from Las Vegas and the Aloha Concert from Hawaii.

They’ll also be new song surprises such as Love Me and You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me along with all the classics including That’s Alright Mama, Hound Dog, Don’t Be Cruel, Blue Suede Shoes, In The Ghetto plus concert favourites Suspicious Minds, The Wonder of You, American Trilogy and the perennial closer I Can’t Help Falling in Love.

Elvis sings lead vocals, as his songs and arrangements are played live by 29 musicians including some of his original band mates, backing vocalists and full orchestra.
